Templates

The documents a 12D holder is expected to keep, ready to fill in

Fourteen templates written for temporary traffic management firms on rural and urban roads: policies, registers, records and checklists. Word for editing, PDF for printing. The issue of the scheme document they were written against and the date are printed on every one. No licence needed.

Single templates £29 each. Prices ex VAT. Fourteen-day refund.

This pack is the 12D one. Packs for the other standards SchemeReady covers, ISO 9001 and sector schemes 12A/B, 12C, 16 and 23, are not written yet, and no date is promised for them. The standards page says where each one stands, and the assessment itself covers all six today.

What you get

Each template comes as a Word file you can edit and a PDF you can print. The pack adds one merged PDF with a contents page and a README. Every page carries the document reference, the issue, the date and the scheme issue the template was written against.

What the templates are not

They are blank documents written in plain words. They do not reproduce scheme or ISO text, and having them is not the same as having a working system: an assessor looks at the records you keep in them, not at the headings.

Already have a licence?

Every SchemeReady licence generates the registers workbook filled in from your answers. The templates page sells the blank Word and PDF documents on their own, for firms that want the paperwork without the assessment.

VAT is added at checkout by our payment partner, Polar Software, Inc., which is the seller of record and issues your receipt showing the VAT charged.

Fourteen-day refund, no questions asked.

After payment Polar emails you a download link. The templates are licensed to your organisation; the terms of licence say what you may share with clients if you are a consultant.

Want to know which of these you actually need?

The SchemeReady self-assessment asks about every record the scheme names and tells you which ones your firm is missing. The evidence list it produces points to the template for each gap.
