Sample report
A real report for a company that does not exist
This is an output of the same code that makes your report, generated from a scripted set of answers for a fictional firm, so nothing on this page can drift from the product. Every page carries a "SAMPLE" watermark.
The sample report and what to look for
The PDF is untagged, so a screen reader may not read it well. In the app every report also has an HTML view, which is the accessible version. See the accessibility statement.

Forward these to whoever signs off the purchase. They show the whole pack, not a cut-down version.
How to read a SchemeReady report
The score is a weighted percentage of the applicable questions, with the stop items counted separately so a single serious gap cannot hide behind a good average. The band comes from the score, the open stop items and whether a site walk has been recorded. Confidence is shown next to the band and drops with every "don't know" answer, so a report built on guesses says so.
The report is a self-assessment. It reflects your answers and nothing else. An assessor sees your records, your sites and your people, and may reach a different view. Use the report to decide what to fix before the visit, not as a forecast of it.
