Every licence includes every deliverable, unlimited re-runs and site visits, and every question bank update published during its term. What you pay depends on how many of the six standards you pick, and the figures below are the starting point rather than the last word: tell us which standards you hold or are going for and you get a price back within two working days. Prices are ex VAT. Run it before you spend on a consultant or book an assessment day, and you will know how far you are from ready.

Sold on its own
The blank documents a 12D holder is expected to keep, in Word and PDF. No licence needed; yours to keep and edit. Packs for the other standards are not written yet.

There is nothing to download and no key to type. Tell us which standards you hold, we send an invoice and a price within two working days, and when it is paid we set your account up and email you a link to choose your password. Nothing is committed until you say so.
A consultant day costs £500 to £1,500. An extra certification body day costs about £850 to £1,500, and a firm holding three sector schemes is paying for more assessor days than a firm holding one. Both figures are from published UK guides: Next Step Compliance on ISO 9001 costs and Alinex's 2026 cost guide. SchemeReady does a different job from either: it tells you what to look at before you spend on a person.
Standard plus expert hour bundles the assessment with one hour on a video call with a Denver House consultant to talk through your report, for £299 ex VAT. The same expert hour is sold on its own, at £150 ex VAT, on the Denver House site. Either way the hour is consultancy from Denver House Consultancy Ltd; SchemeReady itself is not.
Reminders for card expiry, TMATA tests, your two internal site visits, the management review and the annual CertCheck check are shown inside the app whenever you open it. No email, no subscription.
Yes. A licence covers the standards you choose, so a firm assessing itself against ISO 9001 alone pays less than a firm taking three sector schemes at once. Tell us which ones you hold on the request page and you get a price back within two working days, before anything is charged. Two things keep it from multiplying: every National Highways Sector Scheme applies ISO 9001, so a sector scheme includes the ISO 9001 core rather than charging you for it twice, and the questions two standards share are asked, and paid for, once. You are still scored and banded separately for each one. The standards page lists all six.
Yes. Email info@denverhouse.co.uk with the standard you want to add and it is priced the same way and added to your account; the ISO 9001 questions you have already answered count towards it, so a firm that started with 12D and adds 16 answers only what 16 asks on top. The same goes for a second assessment once the first is complete, for the AI evidence review, and for the expert hour: each is added to the account you already have, with nothing to reinstall.
Standard if you are preparing one firm, your own, against one standard or several. Standard plus expert hour if you want a consultant to go through the finished report with you, which is what most firms choose. Standard plus Pro if you want your documents read against the questions by the automated review. The assessment body licence if you prepare more than one organisation; it is priced on request because it depends on how many firms you bring. A group with several certificates counts as several organisations, so a group quality manager usually wants the assessment body licence.
One run of the AI evidence review on up to twelve of your documents, checked against the questions you choose. You get findings per question, what could not be found, and which questions matched nothing. It is an automated reading, not advice from a person. It is £229 with Standard, or £50 added to a Standard licence you already hold. It is priced below the expert hour on purpose: an hour of a person's time is worth more than a machine's reading, and the two do different jobs. The Consultant licence includes reviews, metered per client. The review works the same way whichever standards you picked.
Prices are shown ex VAT. VAT is added on the invoice from Denver House Consultancy Ltd, which is VAT registered in the United Kingdom, so a VAT-registered business can reclaim it in the usual way.
Email info@denverhouse.co.uk with your invoice number within fourteen days of paying and the payment is refunded in full. Your account then becomes read-only: what you have already answered stays readable and exportable. The refunds page has the detail.
It locks: the answers stay readable, the report can be printed and exported, and the action plan stays editable, but nothing else changes. The results stay readable in the app for six months, and the app tells you thirty days before that ends. Each organisation completes its assessment once per standard; if you want to run it again, ask us and we add another assessment to your account.
Yes, on as many devices as you like. Everything is saved to your account as you type, so you sign in on the phone for the site walk and carry on at the desk. There is no device limit and nothing to move between machines.
No. The template pack and the single templates are plain Word and PDF files, yours to keep and edit, and they are the only things on this page you can buy outright today. The pack is the 12D one; packs for the other standards are not written yet. The registers workbook that the app generates is included in every licence, filled in from your answers; the templates page sells the blank documents on their own.
