What you get

Every section, every file

Office sections answered once, site groups answered on each walk, and six files generated from your answers. The six files are the same for every standard: pick ISO 9001, a sector scheme or several at once and you get the same pack, covering everything you picked. The table shows the shape of a bank, and the list below it shows what comes out.

The sections, with 12D as the example

Every bank is laid out this way: office sections you answer once and site groups you answer on each walk. A standard has twelve to eighteen sections depending on which one it is, and the table below shows NHSS 12D. Every National Highways Sector Scheme applies ISO 9001, so a sector scheme bank includes the ISO 9001 core and you are scored against both without paying for ISO 9001 twice. Each section names the clauses and appendices it draws on, by number only. Questions that your profile rules out never appear, so most firms answer fewer than the full count, and where two standards you hold ask the same question you answer it once. The standards page gives the question count, the stop items and the time for each of the six.

The deliverables

The same six for every standard. All are generated from your answers and kept in your account, and all cover every standard you picked, with a score and a band for each rather than one blended figure. Each carries the issue every bank it used was written against, the bank version, the date, and the independence statement.

Readiness report

PDF, A4, 16 to 24 pages

A band and score for each standard you picked, a section-by-section table, the stop items, the two-week plan, the reasoning behind each priority, your site visit summaries and the audit-day checklist as an appendix.

Audit-day checklist

PDF, three to five pages

What to have on the table, who should be in the room, which site to have live, and the questions the assessor is likely to start with, arranged in the order of the day.

Evidence list

Excel and PDF

Every document or record the questions asked about, the questions it answers, where you said it lives, and a status column you can keep updating.

Action plan

Excel and PDF

One row per gap with the suggested action, priority, effort, owner, target date and the evidence that closes it, plus separate sheets for the two-week plan and the stop items.

Site visit records

PDF, two to four pages per walk

A dated record of each walk, with every observation, your notes and the items to follow up, in a form you can file as an internal site check.

Registers workbook

Excel, twelve register sheets and a how-to sheet

The registers a certificate holder is expected to keep, with the current document editions filled in, drop-down statuses and expiry highlighting. Also sold blank on the templates page, where the pack today is the 12D one.

Sample files: evidence list (Excel), action plan (Excel), registers workbook (Excel). The samples are for a fictional company and carry a watermark.

Pro upgrade

The AI evidence review

With the Pro upgrade you can send up to twelve of your own documents, with the questions you choose, to an automated review. It reports what it found, where, and what it could not find. One run is included. It is a reading by a language model, not advice, and nobody at Denver House sees the files. How the review works.

Pro upgrade £50 added to a Standard licence, or Standard plus Pro £229 together. The assessment body licence meters reviews per client. Prices ex VAT. See pricing.

The twelve register sheets

Each sheet has a header row, drop-down statuses, a notes column and the review dates a certificate holder tends to be asked about. The sheets you get are the ones your standards call for. The how-to sheet explains each one.

How the content stays current

Each bank carries the issue and date of the document it was written from, and every report prints it. The sources page shows the date of the last check against Lantra's Schedule of Suppliers page. An assessment is scored against the bank current when you complete it, and the app tells you when a new bank is available before then. ISO 9001:2026 is scheduled for publication on 16 September 2026. The bank will be updated when the transition arrangements are published.
